Beer Filling Line Process
Empty bottle cleaning and disinfection
Before filling, empty beer bottles need to be strictly cleaned and disinfected. This process is usually completed by an empty bottle washing machine, which uses high-pressure water flow and detergent to thoroughly remove stains and impurities inside and outside the bottle, and disinfects them by high-temperature steam or ultraviolet rays to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the bottle.
Beer filling
The cleaned and disinfected bottles are conveyed to the filling machine. The filling machine extracts the fermented beer from the fermentation tank through a precise metering system, and after filtering and cooling, it is injected into each bottle at a stable flow rate. In order to ensure the foam stability and taste of the beer, the temperature and pressure of the beer are controlled during the filling process to avoid excessive foam.


Capping and detection
After filling, the beer bottle will be immediately sent to the capping machine for sealing. The capping machine uses a mechanical arm to accurately place the bottle cap on the bottle mouth and use pressure to fix it tightly on the bottle. At the same time, the production line is also equipped with an automatic detection system to perform real-time detection of the sealing of the bottle cap to ensure that each bottle of beer will not leak.
Labeling and packing
After the capping is completed, the beer bottle will enter the labeling machine for labeling. The labeling machine can accurately attach labels with brand logos, production dates and other information to the bottle according to the preset program. Subsequently, the beer bottles will be sent to the packing machine for packaging to form uniform finished boxes ready for shipment to the sales market.
