At BG machinery, we adhere to a rigorous quality control system that ensures every piece of brewing equipment-from tanks to piping-meets or exceeds industry standards for safety, performance, and durability.
Material Selection & Incoming Inspection
We use only food-grade stainless steel certified for corrosion resistance, structural strength, and hygiene. Each batch of raw material undergoes incoming inspection including thickness verification, surface quality checks, and traceability documentation to ensure consistency from the very start.
Precision Fabrication & In-Process Monitoring
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art laser cutters, CNC benders, welding stations, and automated polishing lines. During fabrication, we perform live monitoring and measurement of key parameters-such as bend angle, weld quality, surface finish-and apply corrective action in real time to prevent defects.
Pressure & Structural Testing
Every vessel and tank is pressure-tested under actual operating conditions to validate seam integrity and leak-tight performance. This includes hydrostatic or pneumatic testing, depending on the design and intended use.
Quality Control Inspections
Our dedicated QC team conducts multi-point inspections, checking weld seams, surface polish, precise dimensions, and functionality of fittings, valves, and controls. We also verify electrical and CIP systems to ensure safety and reliability.
Ongoing Support & Traceability
Customers receive detailed documentation including material certificates, test reports, and inspection logs. Production progress is communicated consistently, and we arrange timely shipping. If any production quality issue arises, we address it promptly with corrective actions-replacement, repair, or compensation.
