Sterilization Method Of Tap Water in Beer Production

(1) Sand rod (sand filter rod) filtration is a sand filter rod filter device that removes microbial strains and some organic chemical residues in the water, and has no filtering effect on dissolved salts and molecular structure residues in the water.
(2) Disinfection and sterilization of tap water Because liquid carbon dioxide is difficult to use, processing plants often use bleach instead. However, saccharified tap water, yeast cleaning, molded tap water, diluted beer tap water, and beer press tap water cannot be sterilized by this method.
(3) Active Oxygen Sterilization The use of active oxygen for sterilization requires professional active oxygen sterilization equipment. For clean water after filtration, a satisfactory sterilization effect can be achieved with an active oxygen addition of 0.1-1g/m3.
(4) Ultraviolet sterilization Ultraviolet sterilization requires professional ultraviolet sterilization equipment. Ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 200-300nm often has the ability to sterilize bacteria, and the wavelength of light at 260nm has a strong sterilization ability. It can be used to clean tap water for yeast and sterilize tap water for beer dilution.
