① Keg in-feed conveyor;

② Pre-washer (process: draining → mixed water cleaning → sewage discharge → alkali filling);

③ Keg-soaking conveyor Ⅰ (The length of conveyor can be configured according to the required soaking time);

④ Washer of keg outside (Process: Two sets of servo-driven brush and water spray to carry out 360-degree external cleaning of the keg);

⑤ Keg-soaking conveyor Ⅱ (The length of conveyor can be configured according to the required soaking time);

⑥ Washer of keg inside (Process: alkali water recovery → alkali water cleaning → alkali water recovery → hot water flushing → sewage discharge → acid water cleaning → hot water cleaning → hot water recovery → hot water cleaning → hot water recovery → steam sterilization);

⑦ Keg conveyor (Process of steam pressure sterilization);

⑧ Keg filler (Spear mouth/port sterilization → open spear → CO2 purge → CO2 pressurization → beer filling → close spear → wash the spear mouth/port);

⑨ Keg outgoing conveyor Ⅰ;

⑩ Weighing and eliminating machine;

⑪ Keg twister (turning machine);

⑫ Keg outgoing conveyor Ⅱ.
